Meetings are actively held every other Saturday at the Armenian Community Centre in Cambridge after school from 1:00 PM – 2:45 PM. All those who are interested to join…IT'S NEVER TOO LATE. Homenetmen Athletes:
Practices start every Tuesday at St. Elizabeth Gym..Off of Adler and Townline (Click for the Map). Practice hours are like last year. All the bantams, from 5 – 13 year olds, start at 6 PM. All the rest of the athletes, including veterans, start at 7 PM. We hope to see each and every member present…and ready to play.
Homenetmen Cambridge’s second annual ping pong tournament was held at the Armenian Community Centre in Cambridge on Friday July 27.Over 20 contestants participated the tournament. Once again, the Community Centre was filled with all the Homenetmen brothers and sisters. The event turned out to be a great success. The games were extremely competitive. All the viewers were cheering and enjoying the beautiful day with barbeque. As the tournament got closer to the finals, it became even more intense. Second runner up was George Keshishian, from Waterloo. And the winner who took the trophy this year was was Khoren Mouradian, from Kitchener.
